By accessing or using EquiSchedule ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EquiSchedule provides an equestrian scheduling and invoicing platform for trainers, clients, and grooms. Features include lesson scheduling, invoice management, horse profiles, and team communication tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
EquiSchedule charges $15 per month per user account. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written consent
6. Liability Waiver
Equestrian activities are inherently dangerous. EquiSchedule is a scheduling and invoicing platform only. We are not responsible for any injury, death, property damage, or other harm arising from equestrian activities arranged or booked through the Service. By using EquiSchedule, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with equestrian activities.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. EquiSchedule makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EquiSchedule shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
